Junior Gym & Fitness Classes
We welcome gym users between 11-15 years old into our gym via our junior gym sessions.
We run the sessions 7 days a week – all of which are supervised sessions by one of our fully qualified Gym Instructors.
Due to Health & Safety, we do have a few rules that must be adhered to at all times to ensure that all of our junior gym users are safe when exercising.
- No use of the free-weights at any time including any plate loaded machines, dumbbells, kettlebells & sandbags.
- Do not crowd machines.
- Dress appropriately in gym wear and clean trainers.

All of our juniors must complete a mandatory inductions before they can use any equipment. They are conducted by our qualified Gym Instructors and are hosted regularly.
