Angela is a movement specialist with a multidisciplinary background in body conditioning, personal training, functional fitness, CrossFit, aerial disciplines, and yoga. Her teaching style weaves strength, control, and creativity into intelligent, feel-good movement.

A certified spin instructor and lifelong cyclist, Angela has been riding since her teenage years and brings that deep love of road cycling straight into her classes.

She’s been teaching group classes since 2021, continually expanding her skills through ongoing CPDs and professional development, and staying curious about how the body moves, adapts, and thrives.

Angela’s passion is helping people move better, build strength with confidence, and enjoy the process—whether you’re training for performance, longevity, or simply the joy of movement.
