Swimming Pool Changing Room Refurbishment

We are delighted to inform you that the swimming pool changing rooms at Meadway Sports Centre will undergo extensive refurbishment works commencing on Monday 3rd July. These renovations are aimed at enhancing the facilities and will include the installation of brand new accessible changing facilities, along with a range of upgrades such as new showers, flooring, cubicles, lockers, vanity units, and a complete redecoration.

During the refurbishment period, temporary changing facilities will be available in front of the building. However, it is important to note that these temporary facilities will be smaller in size compared to our current ones. To ensure a smoother experience and avoid overcrowding, we kindly request that as many visitors as possible arrive at the center already prepared in their swimwear, thus minimising the need for changing.

Additionally, please be aware that there will be an alternative entrance to the pool in use during this time. Our friendly and helpful staff will be present to guide you and provide directions as needed, ensuring that you can navigate the center with ease.

We understand that these temporary arrangements may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this refurbishment period. Our aim is to make Meadway Sports Centre even better, and we are committed to completing the project as efficiently as possible.
