At Better, we’re committed to improving our centres not only for our customers, but also for the environment. That’s why we’re pleased to announce the completion of new energy efficiency improvement works at Tadworth Leisure and Community Centre.

As part of our continued investment in the centre, specialist electrical remedial works have now been completed to improve the building’s overall energy performance and reduce environmental impact. The project included upgrades to the centre’s electrical systems alongside detailed power quality analysis to help optimise energy usage across the centre.

These improvements are expected to deliver significant long-term benefits, including:
Reduced energy consumption
Improved electrical efficiency and power performance
Estimated annual carbon reduction of 9.4 tonnes of CO₂
Estimated annual energy cost savings of over £15,000
