Looking to take steps towards a healthier, happier you? Come along to our Health and Wellbeing Day at Windrush Leisure Centre on Monday 6th October from 9am to 12pm - a free, friendly event focused on supporting your physical and mental wellbeing.
This special morning brings together a range of local wellbeing organisations, all under one roof, to offer guidance, information, and support on key areas such as mental health, smoking cessation and ways to get more active in your daily life. Whether you're looking to make small lifestyle changes or need help getting started on your wellness journey, our local experts will be on hand to offer advice tailored to you.
To help you discover new ways to move and feel good, we’re also offering a variety of free taster exercise classes throughout the morning. Why not try something new? Sessions include Body Conditioning, Pilates, and the calming movements of Tai Chi - suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
