Please ensure you provide the correct membership number:
  • This can be located at the top right hand side of any emails we have sent you or
  • Via the App, viewable when loading your membership card or
  • Via the my account area on website and will be displayed on the home page.
If your membership number is incorrect there will be a delay in processing your request, please add all letters and numbers, lower case, with no spaces or symbols

Please provide the date or dates of the refund you are requesting

If your refund is approved, you will be refunded by BACS payment to your nominated bank account. Please ensure your bank account details are correct before submitting your request.
