Can I freeze my lessons or course?
Need to pause your swimming lessons or course? In some situations, you can freeze it instead of cancelling.
When can you freeze your lessons or course?
You may be eligible to freeze your lessons or course if:
- You have a medical condition or injury (medical proof required)
- You're pregnant (MATB1 form or doctor's letter required)
- You're observing Ramadan
What to know before you request a freeze
- Please provide at least 20 days' notice to process your freeze
- Upcoming payments will be paused by applying credit to your account
- Freezes up to two months won't remove you from your class
- Freezes over three months mean you'll be removed from your class and need to rebook before lessons resume. While we'll try to find a suitable class, your original day and time are not guaranteed.
- Freeze requests must be for the person taking part in the lessons (e.g. not the parent of the pupil)
How to request a freeze
For swimming lessons, submit your freeze request online: Swimming Lesson and Course Enquiries
For all other lessons, submit your freeze request online: Other Lesson and Course Enquiries
