What happens to my payments during the Christmas break?

All lessons and courses pause for two weeks over the Christmas period. For 2025, this break runs from Monday 22nd December to Sunday 5th January 2026.

How payments work

Direct Debit payments are spread across 12 equal monthly payments. These already take the two-week festive break into account, so you're only paying for the weeks when lessons take place.

Do I need to request a refund for the break?

No, the Christmas break is already built into your payment plan. That means refunds aren't needed or issued, and any requests for this period won't be processed.
