Why can't I process my payment?

 

Due to the 18-character limit set by Direct Debit Guarantee to ensure compatibility across bank systems, longer names may be truncated (e.g., ‘Christopher Warburton’ to ‘C Warburton’), so customers should enter their name exactly as it appears on their bank card or statement, or use initials and surname if necessary to avoid verification issues.
