Can I freeze my membership for the period of Ramadan?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for Ramadan 2026 between the dates of Tuesday 17th February 2026 to Friday 20th March 2026.

All requests relating to Ramadan must be completed before Sunday 1st of March 2026. Any requests after this date will not be processed. 

You can request to freeze your membership in the "my account area" on the website or Better UK App. Selecting Ramadan Freeze as the option.

Please note the following:

• You can freeze your membership for 1 month only.
• You will not get access to the Better facilities during the freeze period unless you pay.
• You can select the start date of the freeze, this should coincide with the Ramadan period, we suggest selecting 17th February 2026.
