Do you hold gender specific sessions?

Most outdoor pools do not currently offer gender-specific swim sessions. However, some venues provide women-only and men-only sessions, usually in their indoor pools. Please check the venue's timetable on the Better UK app or website for the latest details.

Finchley Lido Leisure Centre
Women-only and men-only sessions are available in the indoor pools. These sessions are not available in the outdoor lido.

Lee Valley White Water Centre
All swimming sessions are mixed.

London Fields Lido
Women-only and men-only swimming sessions are available.

Men only sessions are every Monday from 8pm - 9pm

Women-only sessions are every Tuesday from 8pm - 9pm

Debdale Outdoor Centre
All swimming sessions are mixed.

Wycombe Rye Lido & Gym
All swimming sessions are mixed.

Jesus Green Lido
