Do you hold gender specific sessions?

Most outdoor pools do not currently offer gender-specific swim sessions. However, some venues provide women-only and men-only sessions, usually in their indoor pools. Please check the venue's timetable on the Better UK app or website for the latest details.

Finchley Lido Leisure Centre
Offers women-only and men-only sessions in the indoor pools (not in the outdoor lido).

Lee Valley White Water Centre
All our sessions are mixed.
