Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking your session in advance through the Better UK app or online. Our pools can get very busy, and spaces are limited. Walk-in sessions might be available if there’s space on the day, but if a session shows as Fully Booked online, no walk-ins will be accepted unless there’s a last-minute cancellation.

Jesus Green Lido
Advanced bookings are not essential and you can just turn up and pay at reception. Please note we are a cashless facility so only payments by debit/credit card can be taken at the Lido. Pre-booking is available on the Better UK App or website 7 days in advance for members and 5 days in advance for non-members. To guarantee your space, particularly during hot spells of weather, we strongly recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours before your session time and a credit applied to your account, however, bookings cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will not be credited and pre-paid members will have a £3 late cancellation charge applied to their account.
Oasis Sports Centre
Yes, we strongly advise that you book your session in advance via the Oasis Sports Centre page on the Better app or online.
Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club
Yes, we strongly advise you book your session in advance during the summer months (June-September) this is to avoid disappointment and prevent over crowding the pool.
You can book via the BetterUK app where you must select Charlton Lido and Lifestyle club as the preferred home club or you can book online
London Fields Lido
It is advised to pre-book your session. We do sell walk-in tickets on the door - subject to availability and capacity. To avoid disappointment, ensure you book your slot in advance online or via the Better app.
West Reservoir Centre
