Our free weights area has over 200kg of weight plates, dumbbells upto 38kg, olympic half rack, olympic bench press plus more….

And lastly we have an extensive range of CV machines to suit a vast range of users.

Our friendly fitness instructors are always on hand to help you meet your fitness goals from your initial induction through to refocus sessions we are here to help. We also offer personal training for those who want an extra push to overcome any obstacles.

There is no age limit and no limits to the enjoyment it can contribute to helping you maintain a healthy lifestyle. We actively encourage the participation of everyone in swimming, and as such will do everything possible to ensure the safe and fun participation of all swimming scheme participants. Please inform reception of any special requirements whether these have been formally diagnosed or not, so that the swimming instructor is able to adapt their lesson to best meet the needs of all swimmers.

Whether you want to practise your three-pointers, shoot some hoops or challenge your friends to a game, our basketball courts are available for anyone to hire. Children can play basketball as part of our holiday programmers and after-school activities.
