Join us for our LES MILLS Launch Week
We are excited to announce the arrival of the January LES MILLS Class Launches at Newbury Better Health & Fitness Centre. The best way to kick start 2026! Join us from Monday 19th January for our release week with our instuctor team.
With something for everyone, the Les Mills Launch is the perfect opportunity to try out our range of classes and meet our brilliant instructor team.
The classes being run in our studio are:
BODYCOMBAT™ - Learn to strike, punch & kick! A fiercely energetic programme with a wide array of influences from martial arts workouts such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira & Kickboxing.
BODYPUMP™ - Using light to moderate weight and high repetitions to help you get you lean and toned. Power through squats, presses, lifts & curls to help you build strength and burn calories.
BODY BALANCE™ - A strength and flexibility building, body stabilizing practice. Great for those whose workouts incorporate breath control, leaving you feeling calm and centered.

How do I book?
To book your spot, head to the Fitness Classes tab via the Better UK app or visit https://bookings.better.org.uk/location/newbury-better-health-fitness-centre/fitness-classes. Don’t have a membership? No problem! Non-members can create a free account online https://bookings.better.org.uk/register agree to our activity terms and conditions, and book sessions with ease. Bookings for non-members are £6.30 per person.
What should I bring?
All equipment is provided, but we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing and a water bottle.
