Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints.
Aqua Aerobics takes place every Monday night at 8pm and evert Friday at midday.
Push your workout to the next level with high intensity circuit training. Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger.
Our fitness instructor Colin is known for putting our members through their paces during cicruit training here at Ballysillan.

Circuit class takes place every Wednesday and Thursday at 2.30pm and every Saturday at 10am and 11am.
Get your heart racing and feel the burn with Boxfit at Ballysillan. Boxfit is a high intensity cardio workout based on boxing techinques using gloves and pad work.
Boxfit takes places every Thursday night at 6.30pm. So, why not get involved and feel the burn?
