Welcome to Better Gym Brentwood located within Brentwood’s Baytree Shopping Centre. Our recently renovated state-of-the-art gym, offers brand new dedicated strength, cardio, functional training, and group cycle zones, plus exciting Hammer Strength and Technogym equipment. Our brand new functional training area is complete with a HIIT Training HUB, Track with Sled, and the latest functional training equipment such as Escapes new TIYR’s for all your functional needs. We offer a variety of fitness classes including group cycle, yoga, circuits, power pump and more, as well as access to our sauna and steam rooms; the perfect place to relax and unwind after your workout. Gym, classes and sauna and steam are all included in our memberships. We offer a variety of no-contract options; annual, junior, seniors and student.
