Our Swim For Fitness sessions take place in slow, medium and fast lanes so you can swim at your own pace.

Swim for all

No matter your fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, float away any stress, or just simple want to enjoy a more casual swim with your family and friends. 

60+ Swim

If you are over 60 why not take advantage of our free 60+ swimming session. Its the perfect way to connect with others in a relaxed environment, whilst keeping fit and active. This session is funded by the Welsh Government.

Children's Swimming Lessons

Swimming is a vital life skill and available to everyone. Better offers swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, at reasonable prices. Our Learn to Swim framework is designed by industry experts to ensure the lessons are of the highest quality, fun and hassle free. With our 'Swimbies' classes from three months, to our swimming lessons for adults, everyone is catered for on their learn to swim journey.

Adult Swimming Lessons

Our adult swimming program is designed for all your swimming needs whatever your ability or confidence level. Whether you are a complete beginner, looking to improve your technique or training for an event, we will help you achieve your goals. We offer Adult Swimming Lessons for beginnters/improvers and Adult Swimming Coaching.

Aqua Aerobics

Getting fit can be for everyone. Water based classes are a great alternative for those who are looking for a low-impact but still high energy workout. These sessions are great if you want to burn calories, tone your body while taking care of your joints and improve mobility. Water exercise will make you feel refresh and increase serotonin level to keep you not only fit but also happy, which is good for mental health as well.
