We're excited to welcome you all to Birtley Leisure Centre and are looking forward to opening our doors on Tuesday 7th April at 7am.

Opening Hours

Gym Sessions
The gym will be getting a new look and will be filled with brand-new Technogym equipment. We will be offering free tours of the gym from Tuesday 7th April. No booking will be required for the tours, simply turn up at a time convenient to you and a member of the team will show you the new gym set up and equipment.
Fitness Classes
Our fitness class programme will commence on Tuesday 7th April. There will be a variety of classes to choose from and we welcome people of all ages and abilities to come along and join us.
It is recommended that you prebook your fitness class. Bookings will be available from Wednesday 1st April for members and from Tuesday 7th April for non-members. Download the Better UK app for the most convenient way to book or use the button below:
