Soft Play Launch a Huge Success at Barking Sporthouse & Gym
We are delighted to share that our brand-new Soft Play area has officially opened
We welcomed 23 content creators and their families to experience the space for the very first time. The energy in the room was fantastic, with children exploring every corner while parents relaxed and enjoyed the café. Throughout the morning, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the bright design, cleanliness and safe layout of the play area.
Following this the doors opened to the public and we saw a steady stream of families joining us for the launch. The atmosphere was lively and full of excitement as children made the most of the slides, climbing features and interactive elements.

Our café, open from 10:00–17:00, remained busy throughout the day serving hot drinks, snacks and food, creating a welcoming space for parents and carers to relax while little ones played.
The Soft Play launch marks Phase 1 of our two-phased Play Park project, with Phase 2 set to open on 18th April. We’re pleased to confirm the project was delivered without any significant issues or delays.
