Women Only Lifting
Our women's lifting classes provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment for women to build strength, confidence, and technique, especially for beginners.
Classes currently take place on the gym floor on Tuesdays and Saturdays
Menopause Strength Classes
Menopause Strength classes focus on low-impact, moderate-intensity resistance training to boost metabolism, bone density, and muscle mass, all of which are vital for women experiencing a decline in oestrogen. These supportive, female-focused sessions help manage symptoms like joint pain.
Sessions take place throughout the week.
Swim for Women
We understand that for many of our customers a women only swimming environment is makes them feel more comfortable. That's why we offer the following sessions:
Monday 12-2pm
Wednesday 6.30-10pm
