Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre on East Avenue in Hayes Town is a short walk from Hayes & Harlington station on the Elizabeth Line. The gym has free weights, strength equipment, and cardio machines, while both the 25-metre pool and teaching pool offer lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. You'll also find a sports hall, outdoor 3G pitch, functional training zone and gymnastics hall. There's a large soft play area that brings families back regularly, plus trampolines and a sauna to relax in after your session. Classes include body and core conditioning, power pump, step aerobics, HIIT, group cycle, yoga, Pilates, boxfit and dance fitness. We also run junior fitness sessions, women-only classes and swimming, and over-50s classes. You can also play badminton, basketball, football or try pickleball on our courts.
