

OCTOBER HALF TERM SWIMMING CRASH COURSES
Intensive Crash-courses
Our intensive swimming lessons run for four days and will help express your child through their swimming lessons - for example if they only have a few criteria left to complete they will have a chance to work on in it through our crash course programme.

Foundation - non swimmer
This class is suitable for swimmers who are not confident in the water and ages 4+, lessons will consist of a structured play to help encourage confidence and ease with the water. By the end of this crash course swimmers should have improved their confidence and be at ease with the lesson environment.
Front crawl clinic
This class is suitable for swimmers who can swim without floats and are working towards streaming on the front, or just staring to develop their front crawl arm action. By the end of this stage swimmers should have improved their streamline kick on their front and/or improved their front crawl arm action.
Back stroke clinic
This class is suitable for swimmers who can swim without floats and are working towards streaming on the back, or just starting to develop their back stroke arm action. By the end of this stage swimmers should have improved their streamline kick on their back and/or improved their back stroke arm action.
Breast-stroke clinic
This class is suitable for swimmers who need to improve their breaststroke kick. Swimmers will improve their understanding of feet turning out as well as the importance of an even action. By the end of this course swimmers
should have improved their breaststroke kick.

Swim For All Sessions
No matter your fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, float away any stress, or just simple want to enjoy a more casual swim with your family and friends.
Swim for all is available weekdays and weekends and a great opportunity to have some fun during the half term break.

Family Fun Swim
A family fun swim session for all ages and abilities, with a variety of floats and toys available for everyone to enjoy. One competent adult swimmer may supervise up to 2 under 8’s or non swimmers under 16 at a time.

ADULT & JUNIOR GYM
This is a great activity to spend time as a family encouraging healthy habits from a young age. You may bring one child aged 11+ and must actively supervise them at all times.
Children are not permitted to use resistance machines in these sessions.
