Introduce your child to healthy exercise habits at a young age by enrolling them in a Junior Gym membership at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre, designed specifically for children between the ages of 11 and 17. Sessions are available after-school, at weekends, and during school holidays. A staff member is always available on the gym floor during the sessions to ensure that our junior members have an enjoyable and safe workout experience.
A Junior Gym membership at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre provides juniors with access to the gym, junior fitness classes, family classes and swimming pools at numerous Better Centres across the Hillingdon Borough.
