Junior Gym

What is Junior Gym?

Junior gym is a dedicated session where teens and older children aged between 11-15 can access the gym and get active. All sessions have a member of staff present, so if you are unfamiliar with any equipment, you can always ask them for safety advice. All juniors, however, are required to book a junior gym induction prior to attending the session.

A Junior Gym induction is required so that you can safely use the equipment. A trained fitness instructor will give you a tour of the gym and show you how to use the equipment safely. Gym induction slots must be booked in advance and they are available during the Junior gym operating times.
