February Half Term Activities at Newham Leisure Centres!
This February Half Term Newham's three leisure centres - operated in a partnership between Newham Council and charitable social enterprise GLL under the 'Better' brand - are gearing up to welcome children and families with a range of free and paid activities during the school half term holidays.
With extra swim sessions across all three leisure centres, additional adult and junior gym sessions and new to Atherton Table Tennis sessions there's plenty going on for your children at our leisure centres.
Alongside our leisure centre activities, the Active Communities team are delivering free sport and physical activity sessions at East Ham and Newham Leisure centres as well as both Shipman and Forest Gate Youth Zone's thanks to our partnership with Newham Council. Local sports clubs, Black Arrows Badminton and Essex Cricket will be helping out with the delivery of these sessions ensuring high level coaching across all delivery sites.
