We’re excited to announce that National Fitness Day (NFD) is just around the corner, and we’ve got a full schedule of fitness events lined up to help you celebrate this special day! Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out on your fitness journey, there’s something for everyone. Here’s what you can expect on the day at Romford Better Gym:

Event Timetable:

10am – National Fitness Day Gym Taster Session
Join us for a fun and energizing start to the day with a gym tour and an introduction to our fantastic facilities. It’s the perfect opportunity to get acquainted with the equipment and learn some new workout tips.


12pm – National Fitness Day Group Fitness Masterclass
Luke P will lead this high-energy, full-body workout class, designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working. It’s the perfect way to push your limits and experience the power of group fitness.

2pm – National Fitness Day Cardio Masterclass
Get ready to sweat with our cardio-focused session! Whether you're a fan of HIIT or steady-state cardio, this class will challenge your endurance and help you build stamina.


6pm – National Fitness Day Strength & Conditioning
Cleopatra will take you through a strength-focused workout that targets key muscle groups, improving both strength and performance.
In addition to the classes, we’ll have an NFD information table set up, featuring informative reads, prizes, and flyers to help you learn more about staying fit and healthy.
