Newly installed, we are offering a whole new type of classes for our customers. Virtual Group Cycle is here in our Studio as well as your usual instructed led class. We have never given you so much opportunity to spin with us, from programmed classes to popping in and selecting your own on demand class

Turn up the gears and sweat it out in your new dedicated virtual group Cycle Zone here at Leytonstone Leisure Centre. Discover a new kind of cycling experience that combines music and visual effects to create interactive training that inspires you to move.

You can use the Group Cycle Virtual classes throughout the day and pick your own class which include Beginner, Intermediate and Advance. You can also join on our pre-set classes that Run throughout the Day - Monday - Sunday class times are below
