Over the past few months, the centre has seen a clear and exciting shift in energy, engagement, and community spirit, driven by the success of Fitness Manager–led classes. Attendance numbers have steadily increased, with more members not only showing up consistently but actively engaging with staff and each other. The result has been a stronger sense of belonging across the gym floor and studios, helping to create an environment where members feel supported, motivated, and genuinely excited to train.

Several classes have now become so popular that they are fully booked in advance, with waiting lists forming on a regular basis. This surge in demand highlights the impact of high-quality coaching, welcoming atmospheres, and sessions that cater to all abilities. It also reflects the growing reputation of the centre as a place where members can expect both results and enjoyment from their training experience. These achievements have played a significant role in the centre being recognised as Centre of the Year for 2025 - a testament to the collective effort, leadership, and passion of the management team.

The recent addition of Eithan as Fitness Manager has brought fresh momentum, supported by his strong background in weightlifting and technical coaching. His expertise has helped elevate the standard of sessions, particularly in strength-based classes. Ola, Assistant Manager, continues to be a powerful presence within the centre, known for his high energy, positivity, and ability to make every member feel welcome. James, Fitness Manager, consistently brings enthusiasm and motivation to both his coaching and interactions, inspiring members to push themselves and stay committed.

The growing success of FM-led classes such as Boxfit, Group Cycle, Functional Fitness, Strength, LBT, and Core Conditioning demonstrates the impact of passionate leadership and reinforces the centre’s reputation as a thriving fitness community.
