Women across Manchester are being invited to discover a private fitness environment at Manchester Aquatics Centre on Friday 18 September, as the centre hosts a free women-only gym open day.

The event will give visitors the chance to experience the gym and find out more about what it has to offer. Attendees can try the available equipment, explore the facilities and meet members of the team.

The open day will also provide an opportunity for visitors to ask questions and receive advice from staff, helping them feel more familiar and comfortable with the space.

Our women's only gym has been designed to provide a private setting exclusively for women. The dedicated environment offers an option for those who prefer to exercise away from a mixed-gender gym.

Rather than simply viewing the facilities, visitors will be able to experience the space for themselves and get a better understanding of the equipment and environment before making any decisions about joining.

The open day will run at Manchester Aquatics Centre on Friday 18 September. Women interested in attending can book through the Better UK app or website.

If you are already enjoying fitness or wanting to considering starting or becoming more active. We have you covered here at Manchester Aquatics Centre. This day will offer a chance to speak with the team, explore the gym and gain advice in a welcoming setting.

With no cost to attend, the event provides an opportunity for local women to discover a dedicated fitness facility and decide whether it could suit their needs.
