We are delighted to confirm the details for our open weekend on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd November 2025.
Here at East End Pool, we value the community we are a part of and want to give something back. We are inviting you to take part in the below activities!

| Free Health Checks | Saturday & Sunday | 1pm-3pm | Our pop up health stand will be situted in the foyer between 1pm and 3pm where our Healthwise professional Dan will be on hand to provide a free health check! | Cardio Master Class | Saturday | 11.30am-12pm | A dedicated cardio master class in our brand-new Group Cycle studio. | Bookable on the Better UK App |
| Group Fitness Master Class | Sunday | 11.30am-12pm | A group fitness session based in the gym where our Fitness Instructor will develop a mixed class for everyone using various gym equipment | Bookable on the Better UK App |
| Family Fun Aqua Splash | Saturday | 1.30pm-2.30pm | Bring the family for a turn on our pool inflatable with lots of floats and toys for everyone to have fun in the main pool | Bookable on the Better UK App |

| Fire Brigade | Saturday | 8am-1.30pm | The North East Fire and Rescue Service will be on hand to give out water safety information and play fun games in the foyer area! | Walk in - no booking required |

What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for all activities and bring a towel and some water with you.
What if I have a health condition?
Please make sure you let the members of staff know about any health conditions prior to activity.
