Rena celebrates her 94th Birthday.

Catherine McIvor, known as Rena turns an amazing 94 on the 3rd December.  

Rena joined West Denton Gym early in 2019 when she was reffered onto the GP refferral scheme due to her Osteoporosis.  Since joining shes really enjoyed attending regularly and thinks its been really important in keeping healthy and active.

She enjoys using the treadmill and bike and she sees big benefits in increasing her heart rate and keeping moving.  

For her birthday Rena is going to enjoy a lovely weekend in Seahouses with her family and is really looking forward to a walk on the beach with her dog.

We believe Rena is our oldest Gym member and we think shes an absolute inspiration to us all.  All the staff at West Denton Gym would like to wish her a wonderful 94th Birthday.
