Soft Play Parties

Book your childs Soft Play Party with us today!

Offering both exclusive and non exclusive parties, catering to all. 

Parties will include:

  • 1 hour in the soft play
  • 45 minutes in the party room
  • A Party supervisor, who is around to escort you and help in any way you need. Squash / water served in the soft play and party room.
  • Tables and chairs in the party room to accommodate the children.
  • One table reserved in the soft play for adults.
  • A option of either Hot or Cold food to feed all booked children

Pool Parties

Enjoy dedicated access of the Pool for a party full of fun. Floats and toys will be provided and music will be keeping the party moving!

Parties will include:

  • 1 hour in half of the pool
  • 15mins allocated to change
  • 45 minutes in the party room
  • A Party supervisor, who is around to help in any way.
  • Tables and chairs in the party room to accommodate the children.
  • A option of either Hot or Cold food to feed all booked children

This Party is not exclusive to the hirer in the pool. Our Swim Safely Rules must be followed to allow for the party to go ahead

The sandwich fillings are a choice of ham, cheese, chocolate spread or jam (we can provide a variety of these).

Additional Info

We also offer additional Adult/Child platters at a additional cost! These can be supplied upon request. 

Both options are served in a happy meal box. The options are available as a set, we unfortunately can’t accommodate a mixture of hot and cold.

For exclusive parties we allow a maximum of 70 for the acitivites (Swim Safely Rules apply for swimming) with a maximum of 30 food allocations

Booking times are as follows:

Soft Play

Saturdays - 10.00am till 11.45am, 12pm till 1.45pm, 2pm till 3.45pm

Sundays - 10.00am till 11.45am, 12pm till 1.45pm, 2pm till 3.45pm

Exclusive - 4pm until 5.45pm Weekends

Pool Parties

Saturdays - 3pm till 4.45pm (both party options)

Please note that bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Birthday Party FAQs

Can I pay a deposit to secure my preferred date?

Due to the popularity of our birthday parties, leaving a deposit and provisional booking is not available as an option. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your booking.

Can I arrive early to set up the room?

Our team will set up the room ready for your arrival. We allow 15 minutes before each party for you to decorate with table cloths and prepare food etc.

Please note that we do not permit banners, signage or balloons to be taped, blue tacked, or stuck in any way to our painted walls in the part room as it removes the paintwork and causes damage.

Is the party catered or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Please take note of the following options available for party food at our centre:

Food Provided - Our on-site-café, will prepare all food for the party. They offer a selection of packages that are listed against each party options that are organised before the party. The minimum number of children catered for is 10 and for our exclusive parties we offer a maximum of 30 meals

Self-Catered - You can bring your own additional food. Please be aware that we do not have facilities on site to cook, warm or chill any self-catered food. All self-catered food must be taken straight into the party room.

Cafe - There is also our cafe that offers a vartiety of food, drinks and snacks that can be purchased on the day with a card payment

Allergies - if any of the children attending the party have any form of food Allergy, then we would recommend that the party booker or the child/children parent/guardian  provide the meal for that child/children   

We are not able to refridgerate any birthday cakes in our fridges

Can I hire a face painter or entertainer for my party?

Please inform us if you wish to hire any external services as part of your birthday party, as we require evidence of Public Liability Insurance to ensure the safety and welfare of users whilst in our centre.

What if my child is sick and we can't attend?

We understand that these things happen, and we will do our best to try to accommodate you with another suitable date for your party. A refund can also be requested in line with our cancellation policy.

Are there any other booking conditions that I should be aware of?

  • It is the responsibility of the booker to supervise children to ensure the safety guidelines are followed.
  • No personal electrical equipment should be used i.e. no cooking equipment or electric toys or scooters.
  • Party poppers, confetti, or balloons with confetti are not allowed. This is to accommodate cleaning and resetting of the room in time for the next birthday party starting.
  • You can arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up for your party, but please be sure to leave at your booking finish time.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises 
  • Children over the age of 10 are not permitted into the soft play 
  • We are not able to refridgerate any birthday cakes in our fridges
