Carterton Leisure Centre on Broadshires Way combines fitness, swimming and fun for the whole family. The gym has cardio machines and free weights to keep your workouts varied, while the 25-metre pool and learner pool handle everything from lane swimming to lessons and aqua classes. There's also a trampoline park, soft play and sports hall with courts for badminton, basketball, football and pickleball. Classes include group cycle, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, boxfit and dance fitness all week, with junior sessions and over-50s programmes available too. The studios offer circuits and strength conditioning, and we run birthday parties along with our Friday Night Club.
