As a thank you for your continued support over the years, we'd like to announce our first members evening will take place on Thursday 6th July from 6pm-8pm! This is free for members of Better centres in West Oxfordshire and to find out how you can get involved in the (semi) serious fitness activities, or having a bounce on the trampolines, then read on!

6-8pm Sports Hall

Fitness Classes

Instead of our usual Thursday night classes we'll be putting on a Box-fit class 6-6.30pm, and a Circuits class 6.30-7pm, and these will take place in the sports hall.

You can take part in both, one or the other, or drop in and out of either as you please.

Manager's Fitness Challenges

Members of the centre management team are putting their fitness to the test with a couple of challenges, and we'll give you a month free if you beat them!

Simon (General Manager) is going to row 1000m and if you beat either that time or the 500m split time then a month free will be yours. Ryan (Assistant Manager) will be running 3k on the treadmill, they will set their time just after 7pm and you make as many attempts as you like over the evening.

Health Checks

Members from our Healthwise and Fitness team will be on hand to check your blood pressure and answer any questions you may have on Health and Fitness. Look out for Sam (Healthwise) and Keara (Fitness Instructor) throughout the evening.

7-8pm Trampoline Park

Trampoline Park

Experience the fun of the trampoline park! 10 minute sessions with a maximum of 20 people on each session, sign up for these on the night.

Soft-play

Who doesn't want to feel like a kid again!? Want to have a go on the slide and ball pit? Go on then.

Refreshments and Snacks

Need a break in-between the fitness classes before hitting the soft-play? We'll have refreshments and snacks on hand to help you recover and get your energy back, or just sit and chat.

Meet the Managers

Simon (General Manager), Ryan (Assistant Manager) and Diane (Assistant Manager) will be on hand to answer questions and receive feedback surrounding any aspects of the centre, so feel free to have a chat.
