Women-only classes and sessions are a comfortable, judgement-free space that’s open for you to feel your best and reach your potential. From women-only Aqua Aerobics, Lifting and Group Cycle to girls-only Junior Pilates, Dance Fitness and Rebounding - you’ll find a class that’s the perfect way for you to get active, build strength and feel the benefits of movement in a safe environment. Swimming sessions
Whether you’re learning to swim, are no stranger to the lanes or fancy a few energising lengths, you can show up, feel comfortable and glide with confidence in a women-only swimming session or lesson. All sessions are overseen by women lifeguards and lessons are led by women instructors who know how to help you find your flow and fine-tune your form safely. These sessions are available at your centre so you can enjoy a relaxing, restorative swim in your own time and your own space.
Menopause strength sessions
Feel strong, steady and supported through every stage of menopause. Whether you’re preparing for perimenopause or navigating mid-life changes, our Menopause Strength classes are designed to help you build and maintain muscle, support bone health, improve balance, and boost your mood and energy. With gentle, effective strength training that works with your changing body, you’ll move safely, build confidence and create a routine that feels good for you.
