Our extensive range of fitness classes have something for everybody from Cardio classes that will get your heart pumping to Mind and Body classes. Enjoy a refreshing dip in our 2 wonderful pools that accommodate a wide variety of sessions for all ages and abilities.  We also provide Swimming Lessons and a Gymnastics programme as well as a fantastic sports hall, Sauna and Steam Room, 2 squash courts and outdoor 3G football pitches.  Various Memberships are available for Juniors from £17.50 and Adults from £27.00 per month with no contract, which includes access to the gym, pool and fitness classes.
