West Cumberland Leisure Centres to Transfer to Everyone Active Under Cumberland Council Agreement

Following Cumberland Council's recent announcement, Sport & Leisure Management Ltd, which trades as Everyone Active, will take on the operation of seven Better Leisure Centres in the west of the council's area from Wednesday 1st April.

The centres affected include:

• Workington Leisure Centre
• Maryport Activity Centre
• Cockermouth Leisure Centre
• Keswick Leisure Centre
• Whitehaven Sports Centre
• Copeland Pool and Fitness Centre
• Cleator Moor Activity Centre

GLL will continue to operate the Better Leisure Centres in Carlisle, and Westmorland and Furness on behalf of the local Council and other partners.
