From a high intensity Group Cycle class, to a slow and steady Yoga class, Mere Green has it all! No matter your style of training, there will be a class out there for you, it is a great way to get to meet our amazing community and get to know people interested in the same kind of training as you!
Starting at the most intense of the classes, Group Cycle and HIIT classes offer great ways to get your heart rate up look after that cardiovascular health, using a lighter selection of weights or going full bodyweight but at a higher intensity is a really fun way to kill off a workout without even noticing the time has gone by!
If you're looking for the perfect form and trying to move a little bit slower and learning a lot to do with fitness as you go along, maybe you want to look towards a Circuits class, lots off different moves focusing on different muscle groups, showing you there is always something new you can learn when you come into the gym!
If moving to the beat is more your kind of thing, we offer multiple exercise to music classes, such as Aerobics and Step aerobics, these very popular classes will once again get your heart rate going in a really upbeat and exciting manner! With diffferent teachers teching this on various days throughout the week, you will be able to find the exact format you like to go along with!
Finally looking more towards stretching and a slower pace class, you have both pilates and yoga classes dotted all over the timetable, these are once again some of our most popular classes so be sure to book your space up quickly if you want to get on!
