Summer Open Weekend 19th and 20th July
Come and join us here Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club on Saturday 19th July and Sunday 20th July for a fun filled open weekend of free activities.
To celebrate the start of the summer we will be hosting an open weekend for all of the Community. There are many free of charge activities to choose from and enjoy over the open weekend, such as family Swim for All, Toddler Splash and Swim Doctor sessions as well as various Fitness Classes.
To get an insight of what will be on offer we have included a timetable of events which will run alongside our normal programme across the weekend.

Aqua Aerobics
If you’re looking for a low-impact class that will help you tone up, why not try one of our Aqua Aerobics classes?
Aqua aerobics, is a form of gentle exercise done in water. These classes are suitable for everyone - regardless of age or ability - combining aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves to give you a full body workout.
Water aerobics classes offer a fun way to exercise in the water that’ll get your heart pumping without putting pressure on your joints.
Body Combat
If you're looking to get more active in a high-energy atmosphere, come to our Body Combat class where you will build not just strength and stamia but confidence too! You will be getting your heart rate up and burning plenty of calories with a stress busting experience.
What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for all activities and bring a towel and some water with you.
What if I have a health condition?
Please make sure you let the members of staff know about any health conditions prior to activity.
