Activity Descriptions
- Adult & Junior Gym: A great way for families to get active together. Suitable for juniors aged 11–15 with a participating adult.
- Junior Gym: Supervised gym access for 11–15 year olds.
- Gym Taster Sessions: Explore the gym with support from our fitness team—ideal for adults and seniors new to the space.
- Cardio Master (HIIT): A high-energy, full-body workout designed to boost fitness.
- Swimming Lessons: Taster sessions for beginners and improvers.
- Water Safety Lessons: Help your children learn essential skills for safe swimming and water confidence.
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable sportswear, trainers, and bring a water bottle and towel for gym or pool sessions.
