Better Health Junior is an exciting new membership designed exclusively for 11-17 year olds. Giving teens the opportunity to raise that heart rate and build strength in a fun and friendly environment. The junior package allows teens to try out of our wide range of fitness equipment. Jump on our rowers, treadmills and skierg for a fun cardio session, or make use of our resistance and functional areas for a full body workout. Better Gym Teddington has everything you need to kick-start your fitness today.

We run two hour time slots daily and a Fitness Instructor is always on hand to offer help and advice. A 30 min induction is required before your first session and please bring along a completed copy of the Health Questionnaire. The Junior Health package includes a tailored program depending on individual goals and focuses on building gym confidence. Providing the foundations, and setting the path for a successful fitness journey.

Session times:

Monday to Friday 15:30 – 17:30

Saturday & Sunday 13:00 – 15:00

First time in the gym

The most important is to feel comfortable and wear breathable clothes, nothing to restricting. Try shorts and a T-shirt, or perhaps in these winter months’ joggers or leggings for a cosier comfort fit. Trainers are essential and don’t forget to bring along a gym towel. You will also need a padlock for the locker to store away our items.

Junior Gym Restrictions

Some of our equipment is not in use for our teen members and this will all be detailed out in the gym induction. It mainly includes the free-weights, however feel free to pop in anytime and ask a member of staff for more details before signing up.
