October marks the beginning of Black History Month in the UK. This national celebration aims to promote and celebrate the contributions of Caribbean & African people to British society and to gain a deeper understanding of Black history in general. Which is important with our diverse communities and workforce here at GLL.

People of Caribbean & African heritage have been a major part of British history for centuries, however it is believed their value and contributions to society are regularly overlooked or ignored.
