'Let’s Target’ Fitness Classes at Abbey SC.

These workouts involve smaller groups of participants, meaning there is a real focus on the correct exercise techniques.

They will take place in the gym and will be run by our fitness instructors, providing intense training for short periods of time.

There are four specific sub groups that we focus on during these ‘Let’s Target’ classes, these are; Stamina and Endurance, Strength and Conditioning, Functional, and Cardio.
