Our Body Conditioning instructor, Esther, has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry; teaching a variety of classes including, Body Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Kettlebells, Aerobics & Aqua.

Ester also has nutritional qualifications from her time spent successfully running diet & fitness classes in the past. Her personal fitness journey means she is highly motivated to help you see the value of fitness, how to help you stay on track and how to achieve your goals.
