Our Yoga instructior, Dani has trained extensively at the Yoga London School and at Shiva Yoga Peeth, in Rishikesh India, 'the Capital of Yoga'.

She is passionate about yoga and dedicated to providing a safe place for students to practice, so they too can experience the powerful benifits of yoga to both the body and mind.

Vinyasa Yoga is a yoga charaterized by stringing postures together, so that you move from one to another, seamlessly using breath.

Dani aims to guide you through a challenging class, full of love and good humour, with a strong emphasis on anatomical alignment and good technique to build strength and prevent injuty. It doen't matter how fit you are, how old you are or how flexible you are, what does matter is you enjoy yourself!
