Our goal is to reply to all enquiries within three working days. If your enquiry involves a change to a lesson, the change will take effect from your next lesson after we respond. You can access the date and time of your next lesson by logging into your Home Portal account. Please regularly check your Junk and Spam folders for any updates from us. It's important to note that changing your lesson may affect your Direct Debit fee and 30 days notice is required to process payment changes. To ensure that pupils can progress in their class, we may restrict change requests as necessary.
