We understand that at this challenging time, taking care of ourselves and our loved ones is our number one priority. As such, in partnership with Belfast City Council we have taken the difficult decision to close our Better centres within the Belfast area.

This has been an extremely difficult decision, but at Better the health and well-being of both our staff and valued members is paramount. We have a social responsibility to everyone in the local community to take action to protect ourselves and others.

We are working closely with Belfast City Council, local public health authorities and all official updates from the government so that we can keep you up-to-date of what is happening.

What we're doing to support our members?

We appreciate that the closure of your local centre is an inconvenience and we would like to apologise for this unprecedented disruption in service.

We would also like to help you during this difficult time by automatically applying a payment freeze for all of our members free of charge - so you don't have to do a thing!

A payment freeze means that you retain your membership or lesson/course, but will not have to pay during the period that the centre is closed, that means whether you have an annual, monthly, pre-paid or pay and play membership or lesson/course your direct debit payment will not be collected throughout this period.

If you are an annual or block paying member we'll extend your current end date until the relevant period.

Once we have re-opened our doors we will let you know as soon as possible and we will reinstate you - including your Direct Debit payment.
