Computer Training Sessions at Battersea Library

This August Battersea Library is holding some taster sessions for people to get more out of  Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Windows 10, and Twitter.

Courses cost £3 and can be booked by calling Battersea Library on 020 7223 2334 or emailing paul.daley@gll.org 

The courses available are listed below:

Monday 5
10.30am-1pm: Introduction to Presentation
Using Powerpoint 2016. Entry requirement: Must be able to use Word competently. 
2-4.30pm: IT Taster: Try your hand at Desktop Publishing
Using Publisher 2016. Entry requirement: Must be able to use Word competently. 

Monday 12
10.30am-1pm: Learn the Basics of Windows 10
Entry requirement: must be able to use keyboard & mouse competently. 
2-4.30pm: Introduction to Word-processing
Using Word 2016. Entry requirement: Must be able to use Word competently.

Wednesday 14
10am-12.30pm: Introduction to Spreadsheets
Using Excel 2016. Entry requirement: Must be able to use Word competently.

Friday 16
2-4.30pm: Expand your Spreadsheets skills
Using Excel 2016. Entry requirement: Must be able to use Word competently. Limited places please call or email paul.daley@gll.org to book. Cost, £3

Friday 23
10.30am-1pm: Learn to Shop Online
Learn the basics of online shopping. Entry requirement: Must be able to use keyboard & mouse.

Saturday 31
2-4.30pm: Learn to Tweet in an Afternoon
Learn the basics of Twitter. You must have an e-mail address and able to use email.
