Starting from Monday June 26th, three new additions will be added to our Summer Fitness Class Timetable!

We have added two morning classes for all our early birds which will help strengthen the core and posture. We have also included one evening class which will spice things up and really pack a punch!


Core Stability will be running every Monday and Friday between 10.30am-11.00am with our instructor Charlotte.

This low-impact class uses a range of innovative equipment and your own body weight to develop a stronger core. Better for: Strengthening your core and improving your posture.


Boxfit will be running every Monday evening between 5.30pm to 6pm with our instrcutor Lin.

Boxfit uses a range of boxing techniques to get your heart racing and leave you feeling fighting fit. Better for: Strength & conditioning
