Keep the kids active this summer and try a range of different junior activities at our centre! We are running a selection of junior gym, swimming and gymnastics classes to encourage children to keep active throughout the summer months.
We are running 5 Junior Gym sessions per week for 5 weeks and it is absolutely FREE!
Junior Gym will be on 11.00-12.00pm, Monday to Friday from July 24th up until August 25th. These sessions are for ages between 11 to 15 years old which will be supervised by one of our fitness instructors who will provide a gym induction along with exciting workouts. All juniors under the age of 16 need a parental consent from before entering the gym.
Swim Crash Course
Our Swim Crash Course will be running between Monday 14th until Friday 18th and also Monday 21st until Friday 25th of August with a selection of our swimming teachers. To book a place onto the crash course please visit our centre, limited space only.

- Stroke Technique Class (aimed for stages 3-6) : 09.00-9.30
- Level 1 Beginners Swimming : 09.30-10.00
Gymnastics Summer Camp
We are running our Gymnastics Summer Camp between 7th until 11th August with our coach Bethan. To book a place on Gymnastics please visit our centre, limited space only.
- Beginners 12.00-13.30
- Advanced 14.00-16.00.
